[vtkusers] vtkResliceImageViewer::SetInputData() slow when executed after vtkDICOMImageReader::Update()

Hi Panos,

I am not sure why you’d see a slowdown just for the first viewer’s
SetInputData. Perhaps make a small example with no Qt and just one viewer
and try to reproduce the issue.
