[vtkusers] Smoothing the surface of the actor

I tried to render the actor using the TimerEvent callback function and
disabled the interaction with mouse.
When I render and look at the graphics there is flickering or shaking of the
graphics. But when I enable interaction click on the graphic window the
graphics become smooth.

Any ideas of what happens when interaction is enabled.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
