[vtkusers] vtk.js: Resize rendering window when using vtkGenericRenderWindow

I'm guessing for the 1) you are talking about the API part of it since lots
of example are available on how to use specific classes?
Right now, it is true that we show the source code in place of the API but
we are hoping to provide an automated tool that should gather
properties/methods/default values in a meaningful way.
Unfortunately, we don't have a time frame regarding that aspect.
