[vtkusers] VTK 8.1.0 opengl 2 init.... how do I do this now?

Part of solution may be to change:

VTK_MODULE_INIT(vtkRenderingOpenGL);

to

VTK_MODULE_INIT(vtkRenderingOpenGL2);
