[vtkusers] Interaction issue with vtkBorderWidget

I am using vtkBorderWidget with world coordinate system to enable the
zoom/pan of border widget with the image, but after setting the coordinates
in world coordinate system, I am no longer able to interact with the widget.
I saw some other threads also where people reported similar issue, but
didn't get any clear idea.

Please let me know if someone has any idea of the solution or any
workaround.
