[vtkusers] Reduce number of points in triangle mesh

Hello VTK users,

How can I reduce number of points in triangle mesh ?
My problem is that I have set of meshes with different size (number of
points). 
I have already used vtkDecimatePro and I reduced number of polygons but
number of points is still different. 
I would like to have all meshed with fixed number of points. 

I would be appreciate for any help/advice.
