[vtkusers] Support for scout lines on DICOM images

Hi, 


I am new to VTK.I have some doubts regarding localizer planning or Drawing
scout lines on Dicom image. 


Does VTK provide any support for drawing scout lines on DICOM image? or what
are the functions VTK provides to synchronize lines(draw corresponding lines
on other planes) on localizer images? 

Note: Localizer images are low resolution images comprising 3 orthogonal
planes (axial, coronal, and sagittal) that cover most of the anatomical
area.
