[vtkusers] vtkRenderWindow does not open

I am running VTK in Python. I am using the Anaconda distribution for Python
2.7 (ubuntu 16.04)

I run this simple  cylinder example

in Spyder.
There is not message error or warning. I don't know what to do. Please help.
