[vtkusers] Shadow support on volume rendering

I wouldn't worry too much about those two failing tests. I've seen them
fail occasionally (failing on some of the VTK dashboard submitters
currently), but I've yet to track it down. If the rest of the OSPRay*Volume
tests work you should be pretty OK.

Yes LUTs and in general appearance controls should work about the same.

Would you mind sharing the data with me offline so I can take a look?
