Hi Chuck, Jean,
Thanks a lot for your help. Exporting CRAYPE_LINK_TYPE=dynamic and
PrgEnv-gnu were probably the key. I have not managed to install it with
the Cray compilers though. But I think I have a good installation with
gcc 5.
