Thanks a lot for your help. Exporting CRAYPE_LINK_TYPE=dynamic and
PrgEnv-gnu were probably the key. I have not managed to install it
with the Cray compilers though. But I think I have a good
installation with gcc 5.<br>

We're usually building dynamic these days on Cray by exporting
the CRAYPE_LINK_TYPE=dynamic environment variable. Also, make
sure you're using a recent CMake version >= 3.7, there have
been many updates and fixes to the CrayPE support since the
initial overhaul in 3.5. Building with PrgEnv-gnu and
PrgEnv-intel should both work well; we regularly deploy on a
wide variety of Cray's with those. If you have compile issues
with Intel, there could be a C++11 issue with your modules; some
Cray's have it fixed, some don't. Try it first and we can
adjust if needed. <br>
