[vtkusers] Error While Building VTK 8 with Oculus SDK

Directly put the file path in
 reader->SetFileName();
And it removed the error.

However it is still giving the Failed to Create LibOVR session error, even
though it is launching the Oculus App at the background.

Any thoughts?
