[vtkusers] Draw U shape

Hi all,


I'd like to draw a something whose shape like the attached fig1. The shape of the cross section of fig1 is similar with the shape in fig2. I tried vtkEllipseArcSource and vtkTubeFilter, but the cross section is just a surface without thickness (fig3). How can I accomplish this? Thanks in advance.
