[vtkusers] No Window level/width for 3D images using mouse interactions

Dear All,

I have implemented code in my MFC application using VTK, to change the
window width and level for a 2D VTK Images.  But for 3D images, I could not
able to perform the window level and width operations. Is there any special
functions to do that ?

Your suggestion would be much appreciated.
