[vtkusers] Different result of ExtractVisibleCells example in debug and relase modes

Example at
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Filtering/ExtractVisibleCells works
in release mode but not in debug mode.

When I checked the number of nodes, it turned out to be 2 in debug mode and
1 in release mode.

Can anybody help me understand this?
