[vtkusers] VTK slow to display 300 vtkArrowSource in real-time

If you are using the OpenGL2 rendering backend then vtkGlyph3DMapper is
probably a better way to do that. You provide the arrow source as one input
and then an array of positions and rotations as part of the other input.
