[vtkusers] VTK 7.0 install

Hi Priya,

I'm a newbie too, and I have a similar setup to yours.  The following page
helped me:

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Building/Windows

Note that you have to build the solution first and then do the install step. 
(Step 7)
