[vtkusers] How to improve medical volume render?

Hi,

it seems like the fix did not make it to 7.1.0.rc2,  it is in master
however and should make it to 7.1.0 final.  Could you give master a try?
Here is the merge request

and after pictures.   Run  'ctest -R Jittering' in the build directory in
case you want to checkout the tests.
