[vtkusers] How to improve medical volume render?

Hello Álvaro, thanks for your advice, in order to use the UseJitteringOn(), I
update my VTK to 7.1.0.rc2. Although I added UseJitteringOn() to
vtkGPUVolumeRayCastMapper, there seems no good effects. I find another topic
about the UseJitteringOn(),  UseJitteringOn() has no effect in 7.1.0.rc1
