[vtkusers] Displaying vtkPlotXYActor broken out into 4 quadrants

Hi all -

I have two curves where one is always negative and the other is always
positive. Having the measurement labels such that it's broken down into 4
quadrants would make it more user friendly (rather than having it always on
the left and bottom).

I was wondering if this is possible with vtkPlotXYActor. I might be missing
something but am not able to do this right now. If not - is there another
option that can do this?
