[vtkusers] Build instructions for vtk7 for parallel processing & GPU use

Hi All,

I was wondering if there's any build instructions to choose the right
configuration settings on CMake GUI for building vtk7 with parallel
processing turned on. I have errors about MPI etc.

I'd also like help on how to utilize the parallel processing capabilities.
Also does vtk7 make use of the GPU for rendering if it's available on a
machine.
