[vtkusers] Migration to VTK6

I made the edits you recommended (AGL to OpenGL and 10.7 to 10.11) in all
miniconda2 files and rebuilt my mindboggle package, and still get the same
error!  Should I have done something more with miniconda2's cmake or vtk?
