[vtkusers] EDL on VTK7

Ok Last update, after many hours of playing around, searching forums, google
etc and testing I began to suspect that there is no way to make the EDL
renderpass ignore the overlay items. Even When I do not include an overlay
pass in my render passes EDL crashes on my Slider.

If somebody has any more comments that would be great...
