[vtkusers] VTK and QML

Hi guys,

Look at this page instead: 
https://gist.github.com/nocnokneo/c3fb01bb7ecaf437f7d6. The one Max gave 
was forked from it. Not sure what are the differences but look at the 
comments below the link I just provided. There is some discussion about 
the OpenGL2 render backend. I managed to make it work and I put in the 
comments how I did it (comaso).
