[vtkusers] Reverse color in vtkScalarsToColors?

Bill, 

the issue is that SetHueRange is a method of vtkLookUpTable and not
vtkScalarsToColors. I am getting an instance of the latter with *shape_actor
-> GetMapper() ->GetLookupTable()*, which is rather counter-intuitive.
