[vtkusers] vtkGPUVolumeRayCastMapper (OpenGL2) - Mask Input update

Hi,
Updating the mask texture when the mask input has been modified is the
optimum solution.
Regarding performance, could you share some details about your data (size,
data type, etc.) and pipeline?
