[vtkusers] Numeric instability of FindClosestPoint from vtkCellLocator?

Hi Andy,
As far as I know, vtkPointLocator won't generate/interpolate point on the
nearest cell, while what I want is something like "projecting" the new
positioned point onto the origin surface.
