[vtkusers] vtkCutter gaps using polyhedron cells

I reported a similar issue (15582<http://www.vtk.org/Bug/view.php?id=15582>) which has been fixed for VTK6.3.0

I'm having a similar issue as the following bug report:

where the vtkCutter leaves  holes or gaps for a vtkUnstructuredGrid that is composed of VTK_POLYHEDRON type cells.



Has there been a fix to this issue.  I'm using vtk 6.2.0
