[vtkusers] problems with vtkImageResliceMapper

Hi David, 
Thanks for the answer. My problem was actually being with camera settings.
Adjusting the Elevation values, Azimuth, Roll, Pitch and Yaw'm being able to
display all views.

I think now I just have to configure SetParallelScale, SetFocalPoint and
setPosition to frame the image in the maximum length of the renderer.
