[vtkusers] Get Patient's ID from Dicom Images

Hi Si Ling,

VTK does not support to read all Dicom image format, Hence I suggest GDCM.

May I ask, why would you prefer to use GDCM as compared to vtkMedicalImageReader2?

I read about GDCM , and I like that it's cross-platform and easy to use with vtk. http://gdcm.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/About
