[vtkusers] Latest Python 3 status?

Hi everyone,

Back in August, there was a discussion on this list about the status
of Python 3 support, and some ideas were discussed in terms of
planning this:

I was just curious whether there have been any updates since then? Is
anyone actively working on this? Is there a page that summarizes the
workflow and progress and how people can help?
