[vtkusers] Problems with QVTKPlugin in QT Creator

Why don't you use Qt Designer instead of Qt Creator? In the past I didn't
have luck with QVTKPlugin and Qt Creator. So I decided to use it in Qt
Designer and it works flawlessly.
