[vtkusers] how to show a vedio from ultrasound mechine?

S-Video is analog, not digital.  I'm sure the BNC delivers an analog
signal, as well.

To use the vtkWin32VideoSource only works with video-for-windows, so the
video capture card on your computer must have a video-for-windows driver.
