[vtkusers] How to control frame duration in vtkFFMPEGWriter?

Hi all,

I'm trying to control the frame duration of a vtkFFMPEGWriter generated
video, but I'm not having luck. I'm asking myself why the method
vtkFFMPEGWriter::SetRatio accepts a integer as input instead of a floating
point type. If so I could set, for example, a value of 1/5 and control the
frame duration. Any thoughts about that?
