[vtkusers] Problem With Linux+Nvidia Cuda

By "not run", do you mean the project doesn't compile? I have had problems
compiling CUDA code in projects that use VTK when the VTK include directory
(-I) options are handed to nvcc because of nvcc's command-line length
limit. This definitely happens on Windows, and may happen on other
platforms as well.
