[vtkusers] Configure and build gccxml | ActiViz

Hi all,

i also tried to compile activiz with VTK 6.1 with no luck.

It throws an error on some expected double[] output from a function, and if
I workaround this error more errors appear.
One of these is about vtkcommon.dll not found, and if I go to the vtk6.1
build directory that dll is effectively missing, while in older vtk versions
it is present.

Could anybody compile it with no errors?
