[vtkusers] Building VTK 5.6.1 for VS2013

Amir,

VTK 5.6.1 was released in September of 2010, several years before Visual
Studio 2013 was available. Unfortunately, it is unlikely anyone has
modified that particular release to compile on Visual Studio 2013. Could
you perhaps use an older version of Visual Studio?
