[vtkusers] Python no vtkVolumeTextureMapper3D

Hi Grant,

The vtkVolumeTextureMapper3D is still there, it's still part of the default
VTK build, and it's still usable through the python wrappers.

However, it is disabled if you set VTK_RENDERING_BACKEND:STRING=OpenGL2.
