[vtkusers] vtkSelectEnclosedPoints filter inconsistent output of IsInside method

Hello Bill and thanks for the explanations,

I am possibly facing the same problem, and would like to be sure about my
results anyway. So my question is: how is it possible to evaluate what value
'Tolerance' must be set to? What is the criterion regarding the polyData
that is tested?
