[vtkusers] How to fuse PET with MRI after registration?

Hello guys,

I did MRI-PET registration using ITK and display the results using VTK. Now
I want to fuse the PET Dicom image over the MRI in order to mask the
required region in the MRI.

could someone help me how to convert the PET from gray-scale into iron
colormap and and then fuse over the MRI gary-scale dicom image.
