[vtkusers] Slice Viewer, only black screen

Hi Users,

I try this example with a SliceViewer:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/IO/ReadDICOMSeries
it works without of problems.

But when i try to include a SliceViewer in my QT application, 
i get only a black screen with the number of the slices.
