[vtkusers] Troubles with vtk 6.1.0 + qt 5.3.0 + cmake 2.8.12.2

Hi all,

I am having troubles when trying to configure VTK + Qt with cmake.

When configuring is done, all Qt5 modules path are set correctly, but 
not the other ones. (http://s27.postimg.org/5rcdcs1si/pbcmake.jpg)

VTK_Group_Qt is checked, VTK_QT_VERSION is set to 5, CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH 
is set to C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft 
SDKs/Windows/v7.0A/Lib/x64;C:/Qt/5.3.0/5.3/msvc2010_opengl

Any help ?
