[vtkusers] vtkTIFFWriter yields 2D-"montage" instead of 3D TIF

Hi Matheus,

Like I said in my previous email, this problem won't be solved
until someone buckles down and adds the necessary code to
the vtkTIFFWriter.  That person won't be me, however.
