[vtkusers] VTK_USE_MATLAB_MEX VTK6

All,
Ok, I got the adapter and engine compiling for matlab, and the vtk matlab
mex working. I've successfully used it on kubuntu 14.04, Matlab 8.3. I have
not tested it on windows. There were a few changes to the cxx code for the
vtk 6.0 pipeline, but the rest was CMake. 
I'd like to contribute it.
