[vtkusers] VTK_USE_MATLAB_MEX VTK6

I have a working copy of matlab, and an interest in using this myself. So,
I'll take a crack at it...
Is anyone aware of the last commit that this feature worked? 
Any other tips, or some examples are very welcome as well.
