[vtkusers] Using vtkTransformPolyDataFilter Locks Up Application

I couldn't wait to try it. I was able to figure out the color mapping but the
results are still pixelated, not smooth contours like the previous
screenshot that is my goal.

It seems vtkBandedPolyDataContour filter is not designed for the noisy high
resolution data I am feeding it.
