[vtkusers] Obtain Contour Point Cloud using VTK

Hi,

I have a set of DICOM Images and I've managed to view the 3D Skin model.
Now, how can I get the set of points that compose the image? I tried
SimpleITK but seems the functions I need were not included.

I basically need to obtain the triangles array.
