[vtkusers] vtkOrientationMarkerWidget doesn't move

Hey all,

                I've got a couple of viewports going on. In one of my viewports, I have the vtkOrientationMarkerWidget (the axis actor) showing up.  The actor is in the correct position.  When I move the the axis actor doesn't move.  Is it supposed to be responding to a particular renderer?
