[vtkusers] Slicing annotations

I'm using vtkImageViewer2 to view slices of a volume, and vtkContourWidget
to draw annotations.  The only problem is that the viewer displays ALL
annotations that are in front of the current viewing plane, but I want to
see only the annotations relating to the one image slice being shown.
How can I "slice" the annotation at the same time as the volume?
