[vtkusers] vtkQuadricDecimation and triangle aspect ratio?

Is it possible to enforce a maximal triangle aspect ratio using the
vtkQuadricDecimation? I know other vtk decimators offer that feature, but I
couldn't find an obvious way of doing it with the vtkQuadricDecimation.
Maybe there's a way around it using the additional attributes?

Any ideas?
